How long do wall-to-wall carpets and upholstery take to dry?
The drying process generally takes between 12 and 24 hours to be bone dry, depending on the thickness of carpets and how dirty they are. Upholstery usually takes 6-8 hours.
Do I have to move the furniture in the rooms prior to cleaning?
We ask you to move any of the small furniture, breakable pieces etc…prior of us getting there.
What is the turn around time for getting area rugs cleaned?
Area rugs typically take less than one week to be cleaned, and in some cases, as little as 3-4 days.
Are the cleaning products we use children and pet friendly?
Nothing is harmful to children or pets as we use water-based soaps and detergents made for the industry.
How often should carpets be cleaned?
The industry standard is every 6-12 months, depending on how much traffic they get.
