I have been bringing my area rugs to them for years. They do an excellent job and take care with my rugs every time. They are also honest about what they can and can't get out of the rug. I spilled olive oil on a kitchen runner and they told me they would do their best but didn't think it would come out. In the end they weren't able to help but they threw it away for me as a courtesy as they are very kind and customer service oriented. Their prices are great given the service they provide.

I called today and they were able to fit me in! I believe Jeremy took the call and he was super nice and accommodating. Mike came to clean the living-room rug and do the stairs.
